French Works Councils and the role of Union DelegatesOnce a company has 11 employees, it has to organize elections for Union Delegates (Délégués du personnel). When it grows to 50 employees, it has to have a Works Council (Comité d'Entreprise). Many small French companies limit themselves to either 10 employees or 49 employees. |
